The legislative award recognizes legislator and/or individual who has demonstrated contributions related to legislative activities that benefit deaf and hard of hearing … Coloradans.

Nominations

The Colorado Association of the Deaf/Deaf Awareness Week (CAD/DAW)  2010 committee invites you to submit recommendation (s)  for a legislative award.

The legislator or individual will be honored and the plaque will be presented to the awardee during the recognition ceremony at the DAW “Kick-Off Luncheon and Ceremonies on Sunday, 26, September 2010 at the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities.

To nominate a legislator or an individual for this Legislative Award, please print or type a brief description of this nominee’s efforts for consideration by the CAD/DAW 2010 Award Committee. The committee’s decision will be final.
